We accept returns of any items ordered on our website with the following exceptions:

- You must return the full quantity of an item purchased (no partial returns).
- Close-out items are final sale and not returnable or refundable
- We are unable to offer returns on opened items, samples, wedding bubbles, personal hygiene products like manicure kits, engraved or personalized items, perishable or edible merchandise, and any cameras/films products. Due to the heat of the summer, any candle orders that have shipped via ground shipping in the summer months (May 1st – September 1st) are not eligible for refunds. Sometimes accidents happen. While we don’t normally offer refunds on the listed items, if your order has a damaged item please contact us. Candles shipped by ground service and not expedited service in the listed months are not applicable.
How do I return an item(s)?
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in new and unused condition. Returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that you will receive by email after contacting us in regards to returning an item. .
Please visit order page in account section to file a return request within 5 days of receipt of the order. Please attach as many pictures as possible to help us serve you better. You must contact us within the 5 days to be eligible for a refund as no refunds will be given without prior approval.
We will send you additional instructions for your return within 1 business day.
Please ship your return via a trackable service such as USPS or UPS to the return address we will provide. You are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. We encourage shoppers to cover the return shipment with insurance, as we are unable to issue credit in the event that the return shipping process causes damage to merchandise.
No returns are permitted after 30 days of receiving the item. Returns past 14 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
When can I expect the return credit?
Refund amounts for returned items will be credited back in the original method payment that you used to originally purchase the merchandise. Refunds are subject to inspection of merchandise upon receipt, so it can take up to 14 days for the refund to show up on your credit/debit card after we receive the merchandise.
PLEASE NOTE: Refund will be for merchandise purchase amount only. Shipping and handling fees will not be credited.
Discounted Shipping Note: If discounted shipping was given at the time of purchase, the original freight cost (had the shipping coupon not have been applied) will be deducted from the refund amount. Similarly, if a coupon was used for a purchase made over a certain dollar threshold (e.g., $20 off orders over $199) and part of the order is returned so that the adjusted total is below the coupon dollar threshold, the coupon discount will also be deducted from the refund.
